Delta's core business is the acquisition, development, finance and investment of anchored shopping centers throughout the Western United States, including: the Pacific Northwest (Seattle and Portland metro areas); Riverside, San Bernardino and San Diego Counties in Southern California; the Phoenix and Tucson metro areas ... and, of course, the re-invigorated and vibrant Las Vegas marketplace!

Las Vegas has turned the corner.  The term "ground-up" has been revived, and we're now involved in various stages of development with several supermarket anchored shopping centers.  But we're also keeping a keen eye on re-development opportunities.  We like to believe we're on the leading edge of a new business model for low-risk, high-return projects.  Thus, we also actively research and pursue second-generation and added-value properties within our trade area.  We have greatly expanded tenant relationships and broadened our geographic coverage as we seek expansion opportunities for a wide variety of retailers.
